Key Responsibilities for this Executive Job
- Part of the Technology Transfer Team (R&D vertical) at the Pipan/Sanand location.
- Preparation and review of Master BMRs, BPRs, and complete document management.
- Coordination with Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Warehouse, QA, QC, and Engineering teams for execution of scale-up and exhibit batches.
- Review and compliance of GMP-related documents.
- Selecting and evaluating of manufacturing equipment at the facility is essential for this Executive Job role.
- Initiation and management of Change Controls due to BMR/BPR revisions and process development changes.
- Study and optimization of Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) and Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs) during scale-up batches.
- Provide inputs on batch size, process feasibility, and process parameters to formulation scientists.
- Ensure readiness for scale-up, feasibility, and exhibit batches, including RM, PM, and miscellaneous requirements.
- Active involvement in scale-up and exhibit batch execution.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the HOD, following guidance and instructions.
Skills Required for this Executive Job
- Strong knowledge of Injectable Technology Transfer & Process Development
- Experience in scale-up, exhibit batches, and GMP documentation
- Understanding of CPPs, CQAs, and process optimization
- Hands-on experience with Change Control systems
- Cross-functional coordination and project execution skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance for injectable products

Experience Required
- Relevant experience in Injectable R&D, Technology Transfer, or Process Development
