Key Responsibilities for Executive Job
- Preparation and review of master documents related to sterile manufacturing for parenteral facilities.
- Preparation and review of protocols and reports as per regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Management of BMRs, BPRs, Master SOPs, and controlled documentation systems.
- Handling of Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, and Investigations in line with GMP standards is essential for this Executive Job role.
- Conducting training programs for technicians, operators, and subordinates.
- Ensuring audit readiness and compliance on the injectable manufacturing shopfloor.
- Supporting internal, external, and regulatory audits effectively.
- Implementation of Kaizen, continuous improvement initiatives, and QMS enhancement activities.
Skills Required for Executive Job
- Strong knowledge of Injectable Manufacturing QMS
- Expertise in cGMP, sterile compliance, and documentation practices
- Hands-on experience in deviation management, CAPA, and change control
- Understanding of audit compliance and regulatory expectations
- Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean, and continuous improvement concepts
- Good communication, training, and coordination skills
Educational Requirements

B. Pharm / M. Pharm from a recognized university
Experience Required for Executive Job
- 3–5 years of experience in:
- Manufacturing QMS
- Process Review
- Compliance roles in Injectable / Sterile facilities
