Educational Requirements

Master’s degree in Pharmaceutics
Key Responsibilities
-
Perform bioanalytical work, including sample processing for method development, method validation, and study sample analysis, as per approved protocols.

Prepare STPs, method validation protocols, and study sample analysis protocols.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, STPs, GCP, and GLP guidelines.

Coordinate with the maintenance department for utilities and instrument issues, including LC-MS/MS and HPLC systems.

Document experimental data accurately in official records
-
Participate in project-specific scientific discussions.

Ensure technical and regulatory compliance across all assigned studies

Ability to understand program objectives and assay requirements

Experience in publishing posters, papers, or articles

Hands-on experience in small-molecule-regulated bioanalytical experiments

Accurate data recording as per ALCOA++ principles
