Educational Requirements for Executive Job Role

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
Key Responsibilities

Maintain departmental cleanliness and ensure GMP-compliant operations.

Monitor and control manufacturing and packing activities as per 21 CFR Part 111 and applicable regulations.

Optimize productivity through effective utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and utilities.

Ensuring data integrity, sanitation, PPE usage, and safety compliance is essential for this Executive Job Role.

Implement and monitor QEHS policies, objectives, and continual improvement projects.

Coordinate with QA, QC, Stores, HR, IT, EHS, Engineering, and Planning departments.

Conduct in-process checks, update departmental records, and report incidents.

Support audits, preventive maintenance, waste disposal, and ISO documentation.

Train workmen and operators on GMP, SOPs, hygiene, safety, and company policies.
