Job Description
The Trainee – Site Support will be responsible for creating, formatting, and editing technical documentation, including validation and technical transfer reports. The role supports the change control process, document management, and ensures adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) while maintaining Apotex’s documentation standards in various pharmacy job functions.
Key Responsibilities in This Pharmacy Job
- Create and edit draft documents based on technical data and validation reports.
- Manage document migration into new MMaR and MPaR templates.
- Execute and cancel documents in the Content Server.
- Draft and review MMaRs and MPaRs for Richmond Hill, Signet, and Etobicoke sites.
- Support change control processes and packaging material code cancellations.
- Comply with SOPs, GMPs, and Apotex policies in all pharmacy job duties.
- Build collaborative working relationships across teams.
- Demonstrate Apotex’s values of Courage, Passion, Perseverance, and Collaboration in all activities.
Qualifications for Pharmacy Jobs at Apotex Careers
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Pharmacy is preferred for effective contribution in pharmacy jobs.
