Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Faculty member in Pharmacy at Raisoni campuses in Nagpur, Saikheda, and Amravati. The Faculty will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality lectures in core pharmacy subjects.
- Designing, updating, and maintaining the curriculum to meet academic standards.
- Conducting research and publishing in peer-reviewed journals.
- Preparing course materials, grading exams, and providing academic support.
- Mentoring and guiding students to enhance learning outcomes.
- Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to departmental growth.
Educational Qualification
- Expertise in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical Analysis, and Quality Assurance.
- PhD in Pharmacy or a related field is preferred.
Experience and Skills
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Strong research skills and a track record of publications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
- Relevant teaching experience in a college or university setting.
