About the Role
Lupin is looking for a Research Associate to perform Quality Control (QC) checks across all study-related data and documentation. The Freshers Pharmacy Job involves working within GCP, SOP, and protocol compliance standards to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform QC checks on source data such as Registration Forms, OVIS data, Informed Consent Documents, Trial Master Files, and Subject CRFs.
- Compile and submit study-related data to the QA department within set timelines.
- Ensure all study processes comply with GCP, protocol, SOP, and applicable guidelines.
- Conduct QC review of protocols, appendices, and clinical study reports.
- Verify pharmacy-related documents (IP receipt, shipping, logbooks, discrepancies).
- Supervise Investigational Product (IP) administration as needed.
- Maintain and update checklists per CR-QC SOP.
- Support preparation of final draft CRFs, CIBS, and M5 modules.
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by HOD or designated in-charge.
Required Qualifications for the Pharmacy Job:

Education: Graduate or Master’s degree in Pharmacy.

Experience: 0–2 years in CRO or BA/BE studies as a Quality Control Reviewer.

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Knowledge of GCP and regulatory guidelines.
- Good understanding of clinical research documentation processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with QA and clinical teams.
