B.Pharm / D.Pharm
Key Responsibilities for Freshers walk in interview:
- Participate in structured pharma training modules covering GMP, production operations, and lab practices
- Support manufacturing activities including equipment operation, cleaning, documentation, and quality checks
- Assist in sampling, testing, and documentation processes under qualified chemists and supervisors
- Learn and follow SOPs, cGMP, and safety protocols in manufacturing and QC labs
- Execute assigned tasks in production, QC laboratories, warehouse, and API units as per department allocation
- Operate basic laboratory instruments (pH meter, weighing balance, etc.) under guidance
- Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with hygiene ,safety practices and research.
- Assist in preparing batch records, logbooks, and documentation as per industry regulatory standards
- Coordinate with senior staff to ensure timely completion of tasks and training objectives
- Support raw material handling, material dispensing, and warehouse documentation activities
- Learn and implement quality standards for medicines as per regulatory guidelines
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and follow professional ethics inside the plant
- Complete assessments, assignments, and evaluations during training for successful program completion
