Key Responsibilities in This Pharma Job:
- Market Analysis:
- Analyze pharma market to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Prepare market performance overview for Glenmark’s competition for all dosage forms.
- Portfolio:
- Generate ideas for high value generics and 505(b)(2)s. Evaluate new unique opportunities and recommend potential additions to the portfolio.
- Do risk assessment of the existing portfolio with suitable mitigation strategies.
- Prepare business cases for investments in product partnerships with inputs from business and Product Development teams, Sourcing etc.
- Portfolio Management – Revalidate all Business cases at regular intervals with updates from Cross-function teams and market intelligence data and maintain a central business case repository for NA Business cases and development/launch grids.
- Planning:
- Evaluate landscape and potential product mix for the next five to ten years and prepare Grids with high potential peak Sale factoring in complexity of various stakeholders like R&D, RA, Manufacturing, Clinical and IP.
- Review and Challenge the Selected Grid on a quarterly basis.
- Networking:
- Build and maintain strong networks and relationships cross-functionally within Glenmark.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, competitors, dossier developers, manufacturers and others.
- Ad hoc duties:
- Support business development efforts related to new market entry.
Qualifications Required For This Pharma Job:
- Educational Qualifications:
- BPharma/ MPharma (preferable with MBA)
- MBA
- Experience:
- 3-4 Years in Portfolio Management & preferably for the North America region.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership development, behavioural training, onboarding, and digital learning initiatives.
