This SERB-funded JRF Vacancy, “Helix Invasive approach for targeting of duplex DNA for genetic therapy,” is open to M.Sc/M.Pharm graduates in Organic or Medicinal Chemistry. Candidates must have qualified for a national-level exam (GATE/NET) and will earn ₹37,000 + 24% HRA per month.

Educational Qualifications
Applicants must have an M.Sc/M. Pharm in Organic/Medicinal Chemistry or in any branch of Life Sciences with hands-on experience in organic compound synthesis. Preference will be given to candidates with M.Sc/M. Pharm in Organic/Medicinal Chemistry with industrial experience. Candidates must qualify for any ‘National Level Examination’ such as GATE/NET.
Emoluments
The selected candidates for this research job will draw consolidated emoluments as per Institute Rules, depending upon qualifications & experience: Rs. 37,000/- per month plus 24% HRA (As per funding agency norms).
General Terms & Conditions
- The candidates selected for the above research job will be on contract for one year or the duration of the project, whichever is shorter, at a time.
- No hostel/housing facility will be provided.
- Applicants may clearly mention the category they belong to, i.e., SC/ST/OBC/PH, and attach documentary proof of the same.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview, if called for.
