3–8 years of experience in sterile injectable manufacturing operations
Key Responsibilities
Greenfield Project Execution
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of Optima PFS filling lines, isolators, and associated equipment.
- Participate in CSPE (Comprehensive Scientific Process Engineering) activities to support smooth production startup.
- Support validation and engineering teams during FAT/SAT and process simulations.
Routine Operations for Manager Job
- Operate Optima PFS filling systems for RTU syringes in nested tubs.
- Perform de-bagging, Tyvek® film removal, filling, closing, labeling, and safety device assembly.
- Monitor in-process controls (IPC) such as fill volume, stopper height, and container integrity using systems like SIRM.
- Ensure isolator integrity and maintain aseptic conditions throughout production cycles.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records, logbooks, and equipment usage documentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, Annex 1, and USFDA sterile manufacturing requirements.
- Support internal audits and regulatory inspections through proper documentation and operational readiness.
Skills Required for Manager Job
- Hands-on experience with PFS filling lines in isolator-based setups
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and cleanroom protocols
- Familiarity with IPC systems in sterile manufacturing
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a high-speed, high-precision environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in greenfield project execution or facility startup
- Knowledge of IPAS (Intelligent Production Assistance Services)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
