Educational Requirements
- B. Pharm
- 3–8 years of experience in sterile injectable manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of Optima PFS filling lines and isolators.
- Participate in CSPE activities to support a production startup.
- Support FAT/SAT, validation, and process simulation activities.
- Operate Optima PFS filling systems for RTU syringes in nested tubs.
- Perform de-bagging, Tyvek® film removal, filling, closing, labelling, and safety device assembly.
- Monitor IPC parameters, including fill volume, stopper height, and container integrity, using SIRM.
- Ensure isolator integrity and aseptic conditions during production.
- Maintain batch records, logbooks, and equipment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, Annex 1, and USFDA guidelines.
- Support audits and regulatory inspections

- Optima PFS filling line operation.

- Greenfield project execution exposure
- IPAS digital monitoring knowledge
