Job Details for Manager job Role:
- Manage unsolicited medical information requests from HCPs and stakeholders
- Provide accurate clinical and technical product knowledge
- Support Medical Information Call Center and handle escalations
- Develop and maintain standard response letters and FAQs
- Analyze reports, identify trends, and address knowledge gaps
- Collaborate with Clinical Development, Commercial, Legal, Regulatory, and Market Access teams
- Review new scientific data to update MI resources
- Support PMRC and SRC review processes
- Assist with legal contract coordination
- Contribute to presentations and scientific communication
- Perform expanded MI-related functions as needed
