Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and technical product information to internal and external stakeholders
- Respond accurately and promptly to unsolicited medical information requests from HCPs, payers, and managed care organizations
- Support and guide the Medical Information Call Center, including escalated cases and ongoing training
- Developing and maintaining product knowledge databases, SRLs, and FAQ documents using current scientific data is essential for this Manager Job role
- Analyze medical information metrics to identify trends, insights, and knowledge gaps
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Clinical Development, Commercial, Market Access, Legal, and Regulatory teams
- Review emerging data to proactively update medical information content and resources
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs on scientific presentations and educational materials
- Support PMRC and SRC processes to ensure scientifically balanced and compliant communications
- Assist with coordination and review of legal contracts related to Medical Affairs activities
- Perform additional Medical Information support functions as required
