- Manage and oversee team activities, including resourcing, staff assignments, and quality control of deliverables
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality project outputs and meet or exceed client expectations
- Recruit, retain, and develop a skilled and motivated statistical programming team
- Maintain productivity, billability, and staff turnover targets
- Participate in project bids and client presentations

- Monitor departmental and project productivity and quality metrics
- Develop resourcing plans and support project planning activities
