Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Central Quality projects using the RESOLVE project management framework
- Collaborate with site stakeholders to ensure timely completion of actions as per approved project plans
- Conduct and participate in stand-up meetings with project teams
- Monitor completion of trainings as per approved training plans
- Track project performance against defined KPIs and objectives
- Prepare and share fortnightly and monthly project updates highlighting progress and challenges
- Monitor and manage communications through RESOLVE email
- Track actions identified under LRP and Global QTA initiatives
- Coordinate with corporate functions, site quality teams, cluster heads, and site heads
Educational Requirements
- B. Pharm or M. Pharm
- Relevant technical qualification
Skills Required
- Strong expertise in project management
- Sound exposure to Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Experience working in reputed pharmaceutical companies
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Project tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
