Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure Capex materials and equipment for pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Ensure timely delivery to meet operational and project timelines
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and GMP compliance
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Monitor supplier performance for delivery adherence and quality consistency
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms
- Prepare cost comparison sheets and monthly MIS reports
- Support end-to-end Capex procurement documentation, including PO creation
Skills Required
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical Capex and Opex procurement
- Strong supplier evaluation and negotiation skills
- Cost analysis and MIS preparation experience
- Understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance
- Documentation accuracy and coordination skills
