Educational Requirements
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M. Pharm)
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of internship/project experience in pharma are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior project managers in planning, tracking, and executing R&D projects across various dosage forms (oral solids, liquids, etc.)
- Assist in creating and maintaining project timelines, deliverables, and status reports
- Coordinate between departments (Formulation, Analytical, Regulatory, Procurement, QA, PPIC, QC, Manufacturing) to ensure timely project progress
- Attend project review meetings, document minutes (MOM), and follow up on action items
- Monitor project budgets, resources, and risk assessments under guidance
- Maintain project documentation per company and regulatory guidelines
- Assist in product documentation and regulatory submissions
- Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and brainstorming sessions
- Learn and effectively use project management tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint)
Skills Required
- Strong academic background in pharmaceutical sciences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Detail-oriented with multitasking capability
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical product development (advantageous)
