Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project delivery to ensure timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met
- Monitor project performance through interaction with project and functional leadership
- Serve as a senior contributor on clinical trial project teams when required
- Generate study-specific status reports and participate in project meetings
- Manage team resourcing, staff assignments, quality control, and efficiency
- Develop and monitor resourcing plans in coordination with project teams
- Provide clinical consultation and facilitate metrics collection and action plans
- Support staff development through training, mentoring, and performance management
- Participate in performance and salary review processes
- Support client management, project bids, and business development activities
- Ensure compliance with ICH Guidelines, GCP, regulatory agency requirements, and SOPs
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and maintain operational productivity
