Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- Equivalent clinical or business experience may be considered
Experience Required
- Substantial experience in statistical programming, clinical research, data management, or monitoring
- Proven experience in people management and project leadership
- Experience working in a matrix and global team environment
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee statistical programming team activities, resourcing, and assignments
- Ensure quality control and timely delivery of project deliverables
- Recruit, retain, and develop a skilled and motivated team
- Maintain productivity, billability, and staff utilization targets
- Participate in project bids, client meetings, and presentations
- Develop and manage resourcing plans and project timelines
- Providing technical guidance, mentoring, and training to team members is essential for this Manager Job role
- Review and ensure accuracy of project documentation and deliverables
- Act as a senior contributor on projects when required
- Liaise with sponsors, project teams, and internal management
- Prepare study status reports and attend project team meetings
