ProPharma is recruiting an experienced Pharmacovigilance Manager to lead drug safety operations, supervise PV teams, improve safety processes, and support client-facing activities across global projects.
Job Details for Manager Job Role:
Essential Functions:
- Provide oversight and direction as a PV subject matter expert.
- Supervise workload, give performance feedback, and conduct annual reviews.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate PV staff for optimal performance.
- Make decisions aligned with company policies and guidelines.
- Manage staffing: hiring, scheduling, and training.
- Foster teamwork, resolve conflicts, and communicate departmental needs.
- Review cases for training feedback and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain and update work instructions, templates, and training materials.
- Identify and address training needs for PV staff is required for Manager Job Role.
- Support development and continuous improvement of SOPs and workflows.
- Assist with client implementation, meetings, and process definition.
- Perform billable case-processing activities as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements for Manager Job Role:

Experience Requirements for Manager Job Role:
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience required.
- People management experience preferred.
