Educational Requirements
- M.Pharm
- Preferred experience in Pharma
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and sustain Quality Management Systems aligned with regulatory and GMP requirements
- Ensure compliance with external accreditations, audits, and CQA timelines
- Implement HACCP principles to ensure product safety
- Establish quality systems for analysis, internal audits, product release, and process validation
- Approve SOPs impacting product quality, stability studies, reprocessing, and rework
- Managing laboratory operations with chemical and microbiological testing capabilities is essential for this Manager Job role
- Conduct self-inspections, quality audits, and gap closure activities
- Train and develop quality teams to achieve high performance and compliance standards
- Investigate out-of-specification inputs through operational testing
- Ensure adherence to SHE and CSHEC audit requirements
- Lead site-wide quality training and awareness programs
- Liaise with government authorities including FDA and Weights & Measures Department
- Conduct process audits and ensure timely closure of identified gaps
- Drive Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs) to achieve target DPMU and QLI
- Promote operational excellence culture and cost-effective quality practices
Skills Required for Manager Job Role
- 2–3 years of experience in Quality roles within Pharma, FMCG, or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and quality systems
- Sound understanding of microbiology and liquid manufacturing / quality control
- Experience with analytical techniques and laboratory management
- Ability to take quick decisions in uncertain situations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
