    Educational Requirements

    • Doctoral degree, such as PharmD (preferred)
    • Strong scientific, analytical, and communication capabilities

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute Medical Affairs plans for pre-launch and launched CVRM products
    • Engage in peer-to-peer scientific exchange with healthcare professionals and key external experts
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with KEEs, PCPs, and non-traditional stakeholders
    • Maintain deep scientific expertise in disease management, AstraZeneca products, and competitive landscape
    • Lead and contribute to Field Medical Strategic Plans (FMSP)
    • Deliver scientific presentations, advisory boards, symposiums, and medical education programs
    • Support evidence generation activities, including Investigator-Sponsored Research and local studies
    • Identify and report actionable medical insights to internal stakeholders
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and Compliance teams
    • Support safe and appropriate use of AstraZeneca medicines through accurate scientific communication
    • Ensure compliance with GxP, pharmacovigilance, ethical interaction policies, and local regulations
    • Leverage digital tools and innovation to enhance scientific engagement and patient-centric solutions

    Skills Required

    • Strong scientific and clinical knowledge in CVRM or related therapy areas
    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
    • Ability to engage confidently with senior healthcare professionals and stakeholders
    • Strong project management and strategic thinking skills
    • High analytical and conceptual ability
    • Understanding of GCP, pharmacovigilance, adverse event reporting, and ethical compliance
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholder relationships
