Job Description:
Amneal is seeking an experienced professional for the Executive, Method Development – Extractable & Leachable role. This position involves conducting E&L studies on packaging components, drug products, and medical devices, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and supporting global submissions. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct extractables and leachables studies on packaging, medical devices, and drug products.
- Perform sample preparation, extraction, and analysis using advanced techniques such as HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS, ICP MS, and ICP OES.
- Develop and validate analytical methods for E&L testing as per USP <1663>, <1664>, and other guidelines, making it a perfect fit for someone with an MPharm qualification.
- Interpret analytical data and identify/quantify unknown compounds.
- Prepare technical reports, protocols, and documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments, ensuring preventive maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (formulation, regulatory affairs, quality assurance).
- Adhere to GLP/GMP standards and laboratory safety practices.
Educational Qualification
