Job Description:

The Team Leader – Medical Communications is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of medical communications projects, ensuring the high-quality and timely execution of deliverables. You will manage and mentor associates, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and industry best practices.

This leadership role ensures that all content is scientifically accurate, aligned with regulatory requirements, and delivered within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage med comms project delivery for assigned brands, ensuring timely and quality outputs.
  • Lead, coach, and manage associates, championing engagement and team culture development.
  • Monitor project priorities, allocate resources, and track milestones.
  • Implement management control systems to ensure compliance and quality deliverables.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders, provide feedback, and address project issues.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Support innovation and operational excellence through continuous development programs.

Educational Qualification

M Pharma in scientific disciplines

Experience and Skills

  • 3–6 years in medical communications within pharma industry or agencies.
  • 2–4 years of team management or leadership experience.
  • Good understanding of medical communications processes and project management.
