Key Responsibilities for Officer Job
Aseptic & Filling Operations
- Follow all safety rules and company norms within the premises.
- Supervise and execute media fill and drug product batches as per approved BMRs.
- Perform in-process checks during filling operations.
- Ensure aseptic area cleaning and fogging as per schedule in coordination with Engineering.
Autoclave & Sterilization Activities for Officer Job

Operate and maintain autoclave area including component preparation and sterilization.

Prepare validated loads for autoclaving garments, disinfectants, rubber stoppers, seals, filtration and filling items.

Operate and clean equipment such as pass boxes, glove integrity testers, LAFs, steam sterilizers, and HPHV systems.
Equipment Handling & Utilities
-
Operate, calibrate, and clean laboratory and production equipment including weighing balances, pH meters, DO meters, conductivity meters, compounding isolators, filtration vessels, homogenizers, TFF, lipid extruder, sonicator, fogger, and SART systems.

Perform CIP and SIP activities for vessels related to filling and autoclave areas.
Documentation & Compliance for Officer Job
- Maintain online BMRs, logbooks, and records as per cGMP and SOP requirements.
- Monitor and record DP, RH, and temperature in compounding, filtration, and autoclave areas.
- Support calibration and validation activities in coordination with Engineering and QA.
- Prepare and periodically revise SOPs related to aseptic processing areas.
Coordination & Training
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, HR, and Administration for daily operations.
- Complete SOP and on-the-job training within defined timelines.
Skills Required for Officer Job
