Job Responsibility
- Formulation Development: Designing and optimizing injectable formulations to ensure stability, efficacy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Process Development: Establishing manufacturing processes for injectables, including aseptic techniques and sterilization methods.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring formulations meet guidelines set by regulatory authorities like the FDA, EMA, or CDSCO.
- Technology Transfer: Coordinating with production teams to transfer developed formulations from R&D to commercial manufacturing.
- Documentation & Reporting: Preparing technical reports, batch records, and regulatory submissions.
- Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Addressing formulation challenges and improving product quality.
