Educational Requirements for Officer Job Role:

M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry) or M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical/Medicinal Chemistry)

PG Diploma in IPR or Patent Agent qualification (preferred)
Key Responsibilities for Officer Job Role:
- Proficiency in SciFinder, Reaxys, Orbit, Espacenet, WIPO, EPO, USPTO, and RoW databases.
- Strong interpretation of XRPD, DSC, TGA.
- Strong organic chemistry fundamentals, impurity profiling, stereochemistry, and spectroscopy.
- Expertise in SciFinder/Reaxys reaction and substance searches.
- Preliminary knowledge of formulations (solid oral, liquid, injectable, inhalable) including PSD/salt impact on IP.
- Understanding of Data Exclusivity Laws and patent regulations for US, Europe, India, and Emerging Markets.
