Officer Job Responsibilities
- To prepare a change control proposal and to initiate change control in SAP.
- To collect raw materials as per the raw material requisition slip for dispensing.
- To clean the dispensing booth, equipment, and utensils as per the laid-down procedure.
- To check the correctness of material like item code, material name, batch no, and Mfg. date and expiry date, etc., on the container label against the raw material requisition slip before dispensing.
- Physical dispensing of raw materials as per the raw material requisition slip / dispensing label.
- To transfer the dispensed materials batch-wise to the production areas.
- To store loose containers of dispensed materials in a designated place after dispensing.
- To perform daily verification and monthly calibration of weighing balances.
- To update all applicable logbooks as per respective SOPs.
- Must know QMS documentation.
- To maintain all cGMP records and QMS documentation timely.
- To maintain the warehouse in a neat and clean condition.
Education
- B.Sc / B. Pharm is required for the BPharm Job
