Global Calcium Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Officer / Executive – Purchase for its manufacturing unit in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. This Officer Job requires 3–4 years of mandatory pharmaceutical experience and a background in BE, B.Tech, or B.Sc. The specialist will manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials and packaging materials, vendor onboarding, and audit-compliant documentation while ensuring seamless coordination with QA and Production departments.

You will be the “nerve center” of the supply chain, ensuring that the production lines never stop for lack of materials. Your mission is to balance cost-efficiency with uncompromising quality, managing everything from vendor identification to final audit documentation.

Role & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end purchase activities in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to ensure cost efficiency
- Manage procurement of raw materials and packaging materials
- Ensure the timely availability of materials to support uninterrupted production
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and performance tracking
- Ensure procurement activities comply with quality, regulatory, and company standards
- Coordinate with QA, Production, Stores, and Finance teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and purchase records as per audit requirements
