    Lupin is hiring an Officer – Quality Control to join its team at the Mandideep – Bhopal facility. This critical role requires 2 to 5 years of experience and is open to candidates with a Master’s in Chemistry or a Graduation in Pharmacy. The Officer will be responsible for the sampling, analysis, and reporting of raw materials, particularly for injectables. Key duties include ensuring cGMP/GxP compliance, conducting routine instrument calibration, reviewing analytical raw data, and initiating and reporting on OOS (Out-of-Specification) and OOT (Out-of-Trend) results and laboratory incidents.

    Pharmacy Job Description

    • Comply with all cGMP, GxP, or any other regulatory requirements, including EH&S requirements.
    • Complete training on relevant SOPs and develop an understanding of the activities to be conduct prior to undertaking any task.
    • Conduct all tasks/ activities as per applicable SOPs, report any difficulty or deviation in following the procedures/instructions to immediate Supervisors/Managers.
    • Report any quality concerns or suggestions for improvements to supervisors/ Managers.
    • Sampling, analysis reporting and deposition of raw material injectable Raw material as per standard test procedure. Disposition of analyzed samples after analysis and final approval.
    • To ensure the OOS & OOT result is communicated to concerned person.
    • Sampling kit maintenance.
    • To perform routine calibration of instruments/ equipment.
    • Review of documents related to quality control against the standard procedure e.g.: analytical raw data and calibration data etc.
    • To record and ensure the SAP entries of Raw material.
    • Disposition of leftover samples.
    • Maintaining the sampling booths in warehouse.
    • To initiate and investigate the laboratory incidents.
    • Any other assignment allocated by the section in charge/department head.
    • Filling of analytical records and submission to Doc-cell ( as per applicability).
    • Planning and coordination of Raw Material, executing and supervising all tasks and activities per the applicable SOPs.
    • Authorize to print e-TDS from SAP for all type of QC samples.
    • Reporting of event and abnormalities with preliminary investigation findings to Reporting manager, HOD’s, functional heads, event investigation team, EHS department’s managers and location head.

    Education required for the Pharmacy Job

    • Graduation in Pharmacy
