Key Responsibilities
- Issuance of BMR/BPR documents
- Issuance of extra pages and formats to user departments
- Handling and controlling documents and quality records
- Retrieval of QA-related documents and records
- Assign training numbers and maintain training documentation
- Manage control sample room activities
- Update and maintain signature logbooks
- Preparation and issuance of Hold Time Validation Reports
- Issuance, control, and retrieval of monthly formats and logbooks
- Preparation of Annual Product Review reports
- Monitor environmental conditions in the control sample room and cold chambers
- Handle Trackwise, LIMS, EDMS, and SAP-related activities

Skills Required
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality assurance processes
- Documentation and record management expertise
- Familiarity with Trackwise, LIMS, EDMS, and SAP systems
