Key Responsibilities
- Ensure IPQA activities during manufacturing and packing operations.
- Perform line clearance as per SOPs and BMR/BPR checklists.
- Conduct in-process checks at various stages of production.
- Execute AQL and final inspection of finished goods.
- Maintain strict GMP & GDP compliance at the shop floor.
- Review and close BMR and BPR at every stage.
- Verify raw and packing materials at staging.
- Collect stability, validation, analytical, and control samples as per SOPs.
- Ensure timely submission of reviewed documents to QA documentation team.
- Verify online rejected materials and manage excess packing material.
- Report deviations to supervisors related to SOPs and BMR/BPR instructions.
- Conduct monthly review of manufacturing and packing logbooks.
- Oversee Nutra I & II area activities.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by Reporting Manager/HOD.
Educational Requirements

B. Pharm degree from a recognized institution.
Skills Required
- 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical QA.
- Knowledge of GMP & GDP compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow SOPs and standard documentation practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work within targeted timelines.
