    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure IPQA activities during manufacturing and packing operations.
    • Perform line clearance as per SOPs and BMR/BPR checklists.
    • Conduct in-process checks at various stages of production.
    • Execute AQL and final inspection of finished goods.
    • Maintain strict GMP & GDP compliance at the shop floor.
    • Review and close BMR and BPR at every stage.
    • Verify raw and packing materials at staging.
    • Collect stability, validation, analytical, and control samples as per SOPs.
    • Ensure timely submission of reviewed documents to QA documentation team.
    • Verify online rejected materials and manage excess packing material.
    • Report deviations to supervisors related to SOPs and BMR/BPR instructions.
    • Conduct monthly review of manufacturing and packing logbooks.
    • Oversee Nutra I & II area activities.
    • Perform additional tasks assigned by Reporting Manager/HOD.

    Educational Requirements

    • B. Pharm degree from a recognized institution.

    Skills Required

    • 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical QA.
    • Knowledge of GMP & GDP compliance.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to follow SOPs and standard documentation practices.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
    • Self-driven with the ability to work within targeted timelines.
