Key Responsibilities
- Ensure completion of SOP training and share knowledge with line members.
- Execute packing activities per SOPs and maintain quality adherence throughout the process.
- Conduct investigations on supervised lines for market complaints.
- Perform daily verification and monthly calibration of check weighs and balances.
- Control rejections on the line, ensuring secure storage.
- Monitor, record, and report in-process critical process parameters, including leak tests, camera checks, and forced rejection handling.
- Maintain logbooks and BPRs for data integrity and GDP compliance.
- Generate TRF and SAP postings for product release.
- Participate in improvement initiatives and PACE activities.
- Ensure line productivity and machine operation at validated speeds.
- Delegate operational responsibilities in the absence of the job holder.
- Identify safety observations, report near misses, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain and document preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm).
Skills Required
- 3-5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, GDP compliance, and packing operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage line productivity and maintain safety standards.
- Data integrity and documentation management skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to mentor team members.
