Key Responsibilities of the BPharm Job
- Ensure completion of all SOP as Training need matrix.
- Participate in training programmes and share knowledge with line members.
- Execute Packing activity as per SOP procedures. This Officer job also requires regular interaction with other teams.
- Involve in investigations for any Market compliance issues in supervised line.
- Ensure Quality adherence during all stages of Packing Operation.
- Check Daily Verification and Monthly Calibration of checkweigher and balances.
- Control rejection on line, ensuring all rejection bins are secured.
- Follow Daily Plan and execute accordingly.
- Obtain Line Clearance as per BPR, SOP, and Checklist.
- Monitor, perform, and record online in-process Critical Process parameters.
- Responsible for filling all log Books/BPR online to maintain Data Integrity & GDP Compliance.
- Organize BPR, PM, Stereos, and Bulk tablets for Packing line operation.
- Generate TRF, SAP posting for release.
- Participate in improvement initiatives and PACE Activities.
- Meet Line productivity as per the Plan and ensure optimal machine speed.
- Justify the utilization of resources to increase Productivity/Person.
- Complete any additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Reconcile PM, perform rejection analysis, and close BPR.
- Maintain work discipline and time management.
- Delegation of Responsibility:
- Upward Delegation: Strategic responsibilities to higher level.
- Downward Delegation: Operational responsibilities to direct reporters or similar role.
- Identify safety observations, report near misses, and ensure online compliance.
- Ensure all machines operate with proper Safety Guard and interlocks. These are key aspects of the Officer job.
- Adhere to procedures, guidelines, policies, and safety practices.
- Maintain equipment (Cleaning and Preventive Maintenance) and communicate observations to shift incharge.
