Officer Job Description
- Responsible for execution of Packaging Validation.
- Preparation of Packing Validation Protocol & Report for validation batches.
- Execution of shop floor activities related to Packaging validation and trial/registration batches.
- To carry out machine and feasibility trials to evaluate packaging materials and change part for new product.
- To ensure packing material availability for registration batches and feasibility batches.
- To archive Validation documents in EDAMS software.
- Preparation, review and approval of Batch Packing Record (BPR).
- Preparation, review and approval of Master Packaging Card/Pack style.
- Creation of Master Recipe in SAP HANA system.
- Creation of Item Codes in Master Data Management tool (MDM).
- Creation and execution of change controls, investigation and deviation in CQMS.
- Support in audit response for Packaging Validation.
