M.Pharm (Graduate)
Experience Required for Officer Job Role

2 to 5 years of relevant experience in MSTG, scale-up, technology transfer, or pharmaceutical R&D operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with FDD, ADD, PDD, Production, Engineering, QC, QA, Supply Chain, BD, Project Management, and other departments for timely execution of new projects.
- Plan, monitor, and support execution of trial, exhibit, scale-up, characterization, and process qualification batches.
- Prepare and review product development documents such as MRS, MFC, BOM, risk assessment reports, scale-up protocols, and batch manufacturing records.
- Providing regulatory responses and technical justifications is essential for this Officer Job Role.
- Initiate gate pass for sample transfer across Sun Pharma sites.
- Prepare and review new product launch documents and process qualification reports.
- Share process knowledge with cross-functional teams for smooth technology transfer.
- Evaluate product history and process parameters for technical remediation and robustness improvement.
- Prepare and review investigation reports, justification reports, and regulatory evaluations.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of MSTG and oral solid dosage forms is essential for this Officer Job Role.
- Experience in scale-up, exhibit batches, and technology transfer.
- Regulatory documentation and response handling skills.
