Key Responsibilities
- Ensure completion of all SOPs as per the Training Need Matrix.
- Participate in training programs and share knowledge with line members.
- Execute packing activities as per SOP on the line.
- Investigate market complaints related to supervised lines.
- Ensure quality adherence during all stages of packing operations.
- Perform daily verification and monthly calibration of checkweighers and balances.
- Control and manage line rejections under lock and key
- Follow daily production plans and execute accordingly.
- Obtain line clearance as per BPR, SOP and checklist.
- Monitor and record in-process critical parameters, including leak test, camera checks, pharma code challenges, splice joint verification and rejection handling.
- Maintain data integrity and GDP compliance through proper documentation.
- Coordinate BPR, PM, stereos and bulk tablets for packing line initiation.
- Generate TRF and perform SAP posting for release.
- Participate in PACE activities and improvement initiatives.
- Meet line productivity targets and ensure machines operate at validated speeds.
- Optimize utilization of resources to improve productivity per person.
- Perform reconciliation of PM, rejection analysis and BPR closure
- Maintain work discipline and time management.
- Provide at least four Kaizen annually.
- Identify safety observations, report near misses and ensure compliance.
- Ensure machines operate with proper safety guards and interlocks.
- Carry out equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance documentation.
- Communicate equipment observations to the shift in charge and the engineering team
