Job Details
The Officer will be responsible for executing and supervising production activities in the Granulation area, ensuring cGMP compliance, documentation accuracy, manpower utilization, and smooth coordination with cross-functional departments.
Key Responsibilities for Officer Job Role
- Execute and supervise production activities machine-wise in the Granulation area
- Online checking of in-process parameters and completion of log books and BMR
- Handling Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, and Product Quality Complaint Investigation
- Ensuring machine availability as per Preventive Maintenance schedule is essential for Officer Job role
- Coordinate with IPQA, QC, Engineering, IT, and MSTG departments
- Handle SAP and Trackwise-related production work
- Ensure GDP and cGMP documentation compliance
- Perform and review calibration and verification of balances
- Proper shift handover to meet monthly production targets
- Fulfill daily production targets and reporting
- Manpower allocation and utilization
- Implement best practices on the shop floor
- Imparting training on GMP, SOPs, GDP, and EHS is required for this Officer Job
- Maintain discipline and punctuality among workers
- Handle day-to-day production issues
- Investigate deviations and implement CAPA
- Report abnormalities and deviations to seniors and HOD
- Implement Kaizen and provide monthly Kaizen targets
- Participate in PACE, ASPIRE, and process improvement activities
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Department Head
