- To prepare media, sterilize and conduct growth promotion test.
- To perform sampling & analysis of purified & potable water for chemical & microbiological testing.
- To perform microbiological analysis of finished goods and raw material (MLT & Microbiological Assay).
- Handling of microbial cultures and its maintenance.
- To receipt media, do labelling and maintain stock record.
- To handle instrument and perform calibration.
- Bio burden testing of packaging material.
