Job Description
The Global Medical Maintenance Expert will contribute to the design and implementation of lifecycle management activities of the assigned global non-core CHC portfolio. The role supports global medical leads in portfolio optimization initiatives and provides medical contributions for strategic submissions to healthcare authorities under Opella Careers in Pharma Jobs in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates closely with global medical affairs teams to ensure quality and timely medical contribution for strategic submissions
- Contributes to the creation of medical documents for Health Authorities and national authorities
- Conducts rigorous analysis of medical and scientific data and participates in publication and submission activities
- Presents clinically driven topics for non-core CHC portfolios before Governance Committees
- Monitors medical news and publications and shares alerts with global medical affairs teams
- Facilitates internal medical training on CHC therapeutic areas and disease pathologies
- Reviews and approves promotional and non-promotional materials
- Provides scientific monitoring oversight of medical vendors
- Identifies and communicates potential medical risks to management
- Ensures governance, ethics, transparency, quality, and compliance in all medical activities
Qualifications
- Medical or Pharmacy Degree
- A scientific or health-related degree, such asa PhD or Pharm.D., is acceptable with relevant experience
Experience Required
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry and/or Consumer Healthcare
- Previous experience in global or regional roles is desirable
- Experience in technical writing for healthcare authority submissions or scientific publications is desirable
