Key Responsibilities
- Prepare packing machines as per production plans and SOPs
- Perform calibration, cleaning, and machine setup for batch processing
- Arrange and verify change parts and stereos for packing operations
- Operate packing machines to achieve quality output with minimal resources
- Conducting in-process checks, labelling, and rejection control is essential for this Operator Job role
- Reduce micro-stoppages and prevent non-conformances during packing
- Maintain equipment, facility, and block premises for audit readiness
- Execute online documentation and fill machine logs accurately
- Ensure data integrity before submission of batch records
- Provide technical support and training to packing operators
