Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, or Engineering from top universities with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience OR Master’s in Science, Pharmacy or Engineering from top universities with 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and qualify product propositions through consumer and technical evaluations.
- Design and execute comprehensive consumer research plans.
- Translate consumer insights into innovative product solutions and claims.
- Develop and validate formula cards for product and material qualifications.
- Analyze consumer feedback trends and recommend actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with analytical teams across global sites for technical testing.
Skills:
- Strong technical mastery and ability to operate lab experiments independently.
- High attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
- Excellent documentation skills and understanding of relevant SOPs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills across teams.
- Open to domestic and international travel as required.
