Job Description
- Experienced professional specializing in Pharma Master Data Management and analytics, ensuring high data quality, accurate reporting, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Pharma master data on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Ensure data accuracy and follow business rules based on client needs
- Prepare and share error-free reports with stakeholders
- Perform quick data analysis to answer management queries
- Create reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
- Communicate effectively with clients and take ownership of tasks
- Suggest process improvements and build strong client relationships
- Lead teams to deliver work on time and resolve data quality issues
Core Competencies
- Good understanding of the Pharma industry
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
- Strong communication skills (technical to non-technical)
- Problem-solving mindset with data analysis skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharma
- 1–2 years of experience with Pharma datasets and therapy areas
- Strong English communication (written & verbal)
- Skilled in tools like Excel/VBA, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, SSMS, or MySQL
- Good attention to detail and well-organized
- Proactive with a “can-do” attitude
- Knowledge of data visualization, data analysis, and automation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with IQVIA datasets (MIDAS, Prescription Data, Channel Dynamics, Evaluate Pharma) is a plus
- Familiar with tools/languages: Tableau, Power BI, Excel VBA, SQL, Python, R
