    Job Description

    As a Healthcare Data Analyst, you will analyze and assess medical and pharmacy policies of US health insurance companies based on defined criteria. The role involves simplifying complex policy information, ensuring compliance, and effectively communicating insights with stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Review and analyze medical & pharmacy policies from US health insurance companies
    • Evaluate policies based on coverage criteria, formulary status, PA, ST, and UM guidelines
    • Use analytics tools to generate insights and recommend improvements
    • Collaborate with teams to optimize business processes and strategies
    • Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
    • Maintain documentation for policy assessments and compliance
    • Support internal initiatives and ad-hoc projects

    Qualification

    • Master’s degree in Pharmacy + 2–5 years in Pharma/Healthcare (PV, insurance, health IT)
    • SQL, Power BI, or similar certifications preferred
    • Corporate healthcare industry experience required
    • Knowledge of healthcare policy, insurance, compliance, and US regulations preferred
    • Familiarity with FDA databases, Redbook, and clinical labels
    • Strong analytical and communication skills
    • Good stakeholder management and teamwork abilities
    • Proficient in Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace
    • Advanced Excel; working knowledge of SQL/Python is a plus
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
