    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute production operations as per safety and GMP requirements
    • Operate equipment efficiently as per SOP without deviations
    • Perform unit operations and follow batch manufacturing records
    • Optimize resource utilization to meet shift targets
    • Maintain equipment and facility for audit readiness
    • Identify process gaps and improve production efficiency
    • Ensure accurate and timely cGMP documentation (BMR entries)
    • Verify documentation for data integrity before submission
    • Train workmen on cGMP, safety, and equipment handling
    • Maintain housekeeping and sanitization standards
    • Ensure proper usage of PPE during shifts
    • Report near-miss incidents promptly

    Qualification

    • Diploma in Pharmacy
    • Relevant Work Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

    • Safety for safety rounds and PPE (Weekly)
    • Formulation Technical Support for troubleshooting in products (Case Basis)
    • Formulation Tech Transfer for support in new products (Project Basis)

    Major Challenges

    • Meeting shift targets due to the unavailability of adequate resources. Overcome by efficient workload distribution and resource optimisation.
    • Meeting production targets due to lapses in knowledge transfer between shifts. Overcome by bridging gaps in inter-shift communication.

    • Number of tech transfers supported per month: 2
