Key Responsibilities
- Execute production operations as per safety and GMP requirements
- Operate equipment efficiently as per SOP without deviations
- Perform unit operations and follow batch manufacturing records
- Optimize resource utilization to meet shift targets
- Maintain equipment and facility for audit readiness
- Identify process gaps and improve production efficiency
- Ensure accurate and timely cGMP documentation (BMR entries)
- Verify documentation for data integrity before submission
- Train workmen on cGMP, safety, and equipment handling
- Maintain housekeeping and sanitization standards
- Ensure proper usage of PPE during shifts
- Report near-miss incidents promptly
Qualification
- Diploma in Pharmacy
- Relevant Work Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
