Job Description
- Entry-level Analyst role in Trial Analytics, Insights & Planning (TAIP) at Bristol Myers Squibb
- Part of an internal consulting team focused on accelerating clinical development using data-driven analytics
- Work in project-based teams supporting clinical trials
- Assist in feasibility analysis, forecasting models, dashboards, and analytics deliverables
- Learn quickly and contribute to real clinical trial decisions from day one
- Ideal for freshers with a strong analytical or scientific background
Two Career Tracks:
- Analytical Track: Forecasting, data modelling, dashboards, trial performance analytics
- Scientific Track: Protocol logic, patient population sizing, eligibility criteria, feasibility support
Key Responsibilities
- Support clinical trial analytics, including feasibility, forecasting, and planning
- Perform structured analytics tasks using tools and templates
- Gain knowledge of trial protocols and therapeutic areas
- Deliver key outputs like dashboards, site tiering, and patient data
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams
- Build skills across analytics, science, and strategy
- Assist in cost analysis and study design optimisation
- Analyse patient burden, site performance, and external data
- Coordinate with field teams for local insights
- Use analytics tools to generate data-driven insights
- Support clinical supply and site-level planning analytics
- Apply critical thinking to analyse data and provide recommendations
Qualifications
Education: Preferred advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, PhD) in a relevant field
Experience:
- 0–3+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, clinical research, or healthcare strategy
- Prior academic or internship exposure to clinical trial data or healthcare analytics is a plus
Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn quickly in a collaborative team environment
