Job Description
The Junior Operator Production will execute production operations in line with safety and GMP requirements to meet manufacturing targets during shifts. The role involves efficient equipment operation, maintaining documentation integrity, optimizing resource usage, and ensuring adherence to cGMP and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment efficiently and without errors in accordance with SOP to meet shift targets.
- Perform unit operations according to SOP and batch manufacturing records.
- Optimize resource utilization to achieve production targets.
- Maintain equipment, facility, and block premises for audit readiness.
- Suggest process optimizations for quality product manufacturing.
- Identify and rectify deficiencies in the area and documentation.
- Propose and implement new ideas to enhance production and resource utilization.
- Execute and update online documentation to meet cGMP standards.
- Deliver training to workmen on cGMP, equipment operation, safety, and housekeeping.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPEs and report near-misses promptly.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Pharmacy
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing organization.
