Job Description
The Organisation is seeking detail-oriented and enthusiastic IPQA Executives to join the Quality team. This role is ideal for B. Pharmacy students or graduates looking to start or grow their careers in quality assurance within the cosmetics and personal care industry. As an IPQA Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, consistency, and quality during all stages of the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packing operations
- Monitor critical control points, verify process parameters, and ensure batch-wise compliance
- Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed on the shop floor
- Handle line clearance activities and maintain proper documentation in line with regulatory standards
- Report deviations, non-conformities, and assist in root cause analysis
- Coordinate with production, R&D, and QA teams to maintain quality benchmarks
- Conduct sampling and assist in stability studies where required
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and in-process quality procedures, Ideal for QA jobs
- Knowledge of cosmetic/cGMP guidelines and regulatory expectations
- Familiar with documentation practices, line clearance, and quality audits
- Basic understanding of laboratory instruments and analytical techniques
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Freshers with internship experience in QA/IPQA are welcome
- 0–2 years of experience in quality assurance (especially in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG manufacturing)
