Job Description
Applications are invited from young and dynamic Pharmacy professionals willing to contribute to operational excellence and sustainable growth. Eligible candidates can apply for the Management Trainee (Pharma) position through HLL Careers, where selection will be conducted via CBT, interviews, and psychometric evaluation.
Qualification
- Full-time B.Pharm
- Minimum 65% aggregate marks from a reputed Institution
- Qualification must be recognized by AICTE / appropriate Indian Authority
Age Limit
- Upper Age Limit: 27 years as on 01.02.2026
- Age relaxation applicable as per the Government of India norms.
Selection Process
The selection process includes multiple stages:
Phase 1 – Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- General Aptitude – 50 Marks
- Pharma Domain Knowledge – 50 Marks
- Duration: 90 Minutes
Phase 2 – Preliminary Interview
Phase 3 – Psychometric Assessment
Phase 4 – Document Verification & Final Interview
Final selection will be based on performance in the Final Interview and organizational requirements under HLL Careers recruitment.
Salary & Compensation

Monthly Stipend: ₹40,000 + DA
After successful training:
- Position: Deputy Manager (E-1 Grade)
- Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
Training Programme
Selected candidates will undergo:
- Classroom-based learning
- Leadership development programs
- On-the-job pharmaceutical and operational training across HLL units
Service Bond
- Selected candidates must serve for 60 months with a service agreement bond of ₹3,00,000.
